How do you ship international orders and how long does it take?

For shipping address in other countries than Australia, your order will be sent via DHL Express with a signature required to ensure delivery to you.

It takes about 3-4 working days to be delivered. Sometimes Customs checks may delay delivery, depending on the country you live in.

If you are not at home to receive the package, your local DHL office will contact you via phone and/or email to collect your package. 

On completing your order, we send you an email order receipt.  We will also send you tracking and status update emails regularly from dispatch to delivery.
