Express Post:

*Sometimes Customs checks may delay delivery, depending on the country you live in, and we will have not control over this additional timeframe.

If you are not at home to receive the package, your local post office will leave a collection card with you to collect your package from your local post office. DHL Express local offices will contact you via phone and/or email to redeliver your package if you were not at home when they first try to deliver your package.
