Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

Except where stipulated by law, you must return damaged goods within 10 working days of purchase of goods. SkinB5 will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery at our expense, or refund your purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of returned goods.
