Can I take the Extra Strength Acne Control Vitamins once a day?

For best results, please follow directions of use on the product labels. These shall give you the fastest and most effective quantities to get rid of acne.

At the start of the treatment, you will need to take 2 Extra Strength Acne Control Vitamins, 2 times a day, which is the recommended dose.  Do not skip doses, because if you do you will not be able to get the best results.  

Once your acne is cleared, you can gradually reduce dosage by one tablet at a time, observing results, and reduce to 1-2 tablets a day for maintenance.
