Why skinB5 does not have a toner?

The reason we do not have a toner is that it is not necessary if you are using the skinB5 Next generation clear skin acne treatment. Most toners on the market make you feel the effect a cooling sensation, which is created by alcoholic ingredients to dry out the skin. The skinB5 treatment system normalises skin oil production and therefore, does not require the use of toner at all. Toners can also irritate acne-prone skin, which is typically quite sensitive.
