What are your tips for preventing skin congestion and breakouts in the first place?

We have three main tips to prevent congestion and breakouts:

  1. Supply your body with powerful clear skin nutrients, namely Vitamin Bs (particularly B5, B3, folic acid, biotin), Vitamin A, zinc and copper.

  2. Maintain a balanced lifestyle; Eat well, drink lots of water daily and find ways to reduce stress.

Harsh ingredients such as Benzoyl Peroxide can over dry the skin and cause long term skin problems.
